What I offer
First of all, empathy, understanding, clarity and objectivity. I bring my professional and personal experience to everyone, both as a psychotherapist and as a businesswoman.
In addition to Romanian culture, I am familiar with the Western way of thinking and people from different walks of life.
What could come out of this: understanding the environment in which you live and practice your profession; accompanying you in discovering your personal and professional potential, and facilitating your way to reestablishing your inner balance, when you feel that you are drifting away.
What I bring different to the table
- A different vision as psychologist/psychotherapist, i.e. concrete experience in a world where everything revolves around deadlines, targets, resistance to stress, pressure, negotiations, sales practices, business development, human resources etc., combined with experience and knowledge as a psychotherapist.
- International exposure and experience in diverse cultural environments that could be useful to you when interacting with different people. A great vision that you can use to develop yourself.
- Awareness that could lead to a professional/personal balance. The years spent in the international business environment taught me to gain a very good understanding of what working under pressure means. Just as you, I know what it means to work 12h days.I also know that this can have a major psychological impact on us, no matter how much we try to deny it. We spend most of our time at the office, in our professional environment, and we forget about us, about our desires and passions. This is why I believe there is a time in our lives when, with or without exterior pressure, we start to understand that we need change, be it personal, professional or both.
- An intercultural approach to both psychology and business. Interculturality has been part of my professional and personal life for the past 10 years due to the fact that I have lived, studied and worked in different countries. I have acquired considerable experience from interacting with people from different professional backgrounds, coming from different cultures.
